Based on the national economic and social development plan and market-oriented, the center conducts in-depth research on the company's products. The center carries out the module construction of foam control technology, basic research and development of new materials and intermediates with technology and performance as the core, product optimization and development with market, cost and application as the core, and carries out basic research and green functions of silicone polymer materials. In-depth research on materials, optimization research on product formulas and processes, research on product application systems , etc., and participating in the testing standardization of defoamer/antifoam and the formulation of standards within the industry.

The company continues to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation with universities, and has established good industry-university-research cooperation relationships with universities such as Nanjing University and Nanjing University of Technology. Jointly build a postdoctoral research platform with Nanjing University and cooperate in the development of new green materials; jointly build a Jiangsu Provincial Graduate Workstation with Nanjing University of Technology; jointly create a new R&D institution with the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone.
