Printing Auxiliaries

Printing auxiliaries provide the necessary viscosity and adhesion for sharp, vibrant fabric prints. Their high viscosity traps micro-bubbles during mixing and application, which can ruin the print pattern.

    FEATURES

General Properties: High-molecular-weight polymers (e.g., polyacrylates, alginates, synthetic thickeners); typically high-viscosity liquids or pastes
Synergistic Role: The thick, viscous nature of the print paste physically traps air, preventing bubbles from rising to the surface. The defoamer must have excellent spreading power to penetrate the high-viscosity matrix and collapse micro-foam.
     Performance Benefits:
Eliminates Micro-Foam: Removes tiny air bubbles trapped within the thick print paste.
Prevents "Pinholes" and "White Spots": Ensures the print paste forms a continuous film on the fabric, preventing bubble-burst defects in the final pattern.
Improves Print Sharpness: Maintains the rheology of the paste, ensuring crisp outlines and high color definition.
