Powder Antifoam GX-821

One of SIXIN's most unique powder antifoams, GX-821 is composed of modified methyl silicone oil on a carrier particle which is suitable for a broad range of applications.  Unlike GX-822 or GX-820, GX-821 has a texture which provides antifoam particles to stay together under low shear but break apart during dosing.  This unique material is especially advantageous during downhole defoaming at low temperatures because there is no freeze risk with the powder and it can remain active in the harshest conditions.  The modifications to the methyl silicone oil provide a unique affinity for aqueous foams and a fast foam destruction profile.  When selecting for an antifoam as a formulation aid (i.e. detergent or cement), you’ll want to consider compatibility factors such as bulk density, method of shear to generate the foaming liquor, and stability requirements.

    FEATURES

    Substance composition does not contain substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH regulation.
    The dispersing speed is fast, and it has good defoaming performance in alkaline system (pH> 9.0) and high temperature(60 ℃~ 90 ℃).

    HOW TO USE

    GX-821 antifoaming agent can be added directly after foam generation or directly into the product as a suds suppressing component. As a result of incorrect processing or use of the product, the company will not be held liable and lost. When this product is used in the field, it is recommended to choose a place where the defoamer is easily dispersed.

    PACKAGE AND STORAGE

    The product is available in 25kg woven bag packaging; sizes can be customized according to special requirements. This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, or salt to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using. When stored between 10 and 30℃ (50-86℉) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 12 months from the date of manufacture.
