HOW TO USE
SIXIN® SF-40M Series Antifoam can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request SIXIN for the specific dilution method. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.
It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the antifoam can disperse easily.
The optimal adding point, adding amount, adding method and dilution ratio shall be decided by the customer according to the actual situation on site.
PACKAGE AND STORAGE
SF-40M is available in 25kg, 120kg, and 1000kg plastic buckets, while SF-20M is offered in 25kg, 50kg, and 120kg plastic buckets. SF-10M comes in 50kg plastic buckets; sizes can be customized according to special requirements. This range of products can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. No exposure to rain. Keep away from flame. Don’t add acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive substances to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using. If this product begins to stratify after long storage, stir it evenly at 30 to 60 rpm. This range of products may freeze under 0℃ (32℉); if this happens, stir well after defrosting the antifoam at a rate of 30 to 60 rpm. In these cases, stirring will not affect the performance of the product if carried out at the recommended speed. When stored between 5 and 40℃ (41-104℉) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 9 months from the date of manufacture.
