Digester Additive SXP-636

SXP-636 is a digester additive based on surfactants. It is designed to address the limitations of traditional anthraquinone-based digester additive, such as difficulty in dissolving in water and alkali, uneven mixing with cooking liquor, and affecting black liquor recovery. SXP-636 can  dissolve and disperse quickly in cooking liquor, effectively reducing the surface tension between  the liquor and chips, facilitating rapid penetration and diffusion of the liquor, accelerating lignin  removal, shortening cooking time, reducing alkali consumption, and improving pulp yield. It  also has a certain effect in controlling pitch deposition.

    HOW TO USE

    Addition Point: Digester.
    Dosage: 0.5-1.5 kg/ton of pulp.

    The product is neutral to weakly alkaline. Necessary protective measures should be taken during use, and protective equipment should be worn.
