Digester Additive SXP-627

SXP-627 is a digester additive based on surfactants. It is designed to address the limitations of traditional anthraquinone-based digester additive, such as difficulty in dissolving in water and alkali, uneven mixing with cooking liquor, and affecting black liquor recovery. SXP-627 can dissolve and disperse quickly in cooking liquor, effectively reducing the surface tension between the liquor and chips, facilitating rapid penetration and diffusion of the liquor, accelerating lignin removal, shortening cooking time, reducing alkali consumption, and improving pulp yield. It also has a certain effect in controlling pitch deposition.

    HOW TO USE

    Addition Point: Digester.
    Dosage: 0.5-1.5 kg/ton of pulp.

    PACKAGE AND STORAGE

    Packaging specifications: Available in 200 kg, and 1000 kg/barrel packaging based on customer needs.
    Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
    Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature.
